Bookings & registers

A booking system built for forest school.

Most booking tools are generic club software with "forest school" painted on. This one is built around your session: parents reserve a place in seconds, and every confirmed booking turns into a tick on your register. One link out, one register filled, no second system.

Parents book in seconds, no account

Share one link. Families pick a session, add their child and their email, and they're booked, with no app to download, no password to set, no account to create. The fewer the hoops, the more bookings you get.

Bookings fill your register

A confirmed booking is a place on the register. Open the session in the woods and the children who booked are already there, ready to mark present, with no re-typing a list on a cold, muddy morning.

Consent & medical, up front

Capacity limits and an automatic waitlist when a session fills. Parents add allergies, medical notes and consents through their own portal, so the information you need is there before the child arrives.

Why it's different

The booking list and the register are the same thing.

With everything else, bookings live in one tool and the register lives in another, so you export a spreadsheet, retype names, and hope the two agree. Here, a booking and a register entry are one record. Set the capacity, share the link, and the children who book are exactly the children on your register and session record. Nothing to reconcile, nothing to re-key, nothing dropped.

One-off sessions, blocks and whole terms

Schedule a single taster, a half-term block or a full term of weekly sessions in one go, each with its own site, capacity and stacked risk-benefit assessments. Parents see what's open and book the dates that suit them; you see who's coming to every session at a glance, and who's on the waitlist if a place frees up.

Free for practitioners: the setting subscribes

Every leader, assistant and volunteer has a free account. Only the setting (the provider running the sessions) needs a plan, and one plan covers the whole team and unlimited bookings. A freelance leader is a one-person setting on Solo (£15 a month); a setting with staff is on Team (£29 a site). See full pricing.

Booking questions

The things leaders ask first.

Do parents need to download anything?

No. They tap your link, choose a session and book with just their email: no app, no account. If they want to manage bookings later, they get a passwordless portal: enter their email, pop in the code we send, done.

What happens when a session is full?

You set the capacity per session. Once it's reached, further bookings go onto a waitlist automatically, and you can see exactly who's waiting if a place opens up.

Can parents cancel or update details themselves?

Yes. From their portal they can cancel a place, keep allergies and consents up to date, and see the observations you choose to share from their child's day, so your records stay current without the back-and-forth.

Set your setting up free for 14 days, no card needed. Share one link and watch the register fill.
